I don’t really fit the mould,
and I’m not trying to.

I work somewhere between fire, food, and systems pulling things apart and rebuilding them in a way that actually makes sense. That means cooking with intent, letting ingredients speak, and cutting anything that feels forced.

Outside of that, I’m building tools for chefs that fix the parts of the industry we all just tolerate. If something’s broken, I’d rather rebuild it than work around it.

I’m not interested in trends or theatre. Just honest food, clear thinking, and doing things properly.

Work
01

Cooking

Cooking with purpose. The food is ingredient-led nothing on the plate that doesn't belong there. I'm interested in what happens when you give good produce enough space and apply the right amount of heat, technique, and restraint.

02

Building tools for chefs

The hospitality industry runs on broken infrastructure that everyone has normalised. I'm building software that fixes specific, real problems for working chefs not another all-in-one platform, just tools that do one thing well and get out of the way.

03

Consulting

If you're trying to fix something structural. A kitchen system, a menu, an operational workflow I can help you think through it properly. I'm not interested in surface-level fixes. If something needs rebuilding, let's rebuild it.
